Cat Swollen Front Leg Joint. This has happened to him before and just went away. He has a mass of liquid in one armpit and his paws are a bit swollen as well.

Perhaps it was a spinal injury, or broken hips or legs that never healed well. The swelling, located on the front side of the joint, seemed as if it were beginning to recede but has once again expanded. The leg may be sensitive to the touch.
